The Condor Outdoor Dual TQ Pouch is meant to connect to belts up to 2 inches wide, and every pouch holds one (1) tourniquet or other similarly sized items. The flaps of the pouches are secured with an adjustable plastic buckle. Condor includes two pouches per pack (as displayed).
