RETURN POLICY

At W W Airsoft Guns, we are committed to our customers in providing first-class service. However, we understand that not every purchase you made is fit for you. Therefore, if you are not happy with the product you have bought from our website or any of our retail stores, you have 45 days from the delivery date to request a refund, shop credit, or exchange with no restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be in resellable condition.

 As a result, the item(s) being returned must be brand new and unused. Items are returned with all included accessories, merchandise tags, factory stickers, and logos still attached, and factory packaging is fully intact. Things have been used or attempted to be used; modifications or signs of attempted change (i.e., removing or modifying an orange tip flash hider, installing internal and external parts) will not be liable for return.

You must first obtain return authorization before shipping any items back for return. When signed into your customer account, click the “Initiate RMA” link on the Customer Information page, or call our Customer Service Department during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST). Please adhere to the rules of sending products and avoid sending them without prior return authorization or RMA number from W W Airsoft Guns. 

We recognize that arranging for return shipping might be time-consuming. A return postage label can be purchased for your convenience when returning things to Airsoft GI. The return shipping label is electronic, and UPS will send it to you through email. Print the shipping label, adhere it to the shipment box’s exterior, and drop it off at any UPS store or affiliate mail facility.

Airsoft Guns will accept returns for refund, store credit, or exchange as long as the consumer agrees that the items being returned are brand new and unused. The RMA department will inspect all items received to confirm they are in brand new, unused condition, as W W Airsoft Guns required and agreed upon by the client.

PAYMENT OR REFUND POLICY

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Visa Checkout, and Amazon Pay are all accepted payment methods. At checkout, you can choose from a variety of payment options. W W AIRSOFT GUNS will display on your credit card statement as a charge.
  • The policy can change anytime by W W AIRSOFT GUNS.
  • The refundable amount can take up to 5 days to process back into your account.
  • Credit cards are charged at the time of checkout.
  • Refunds are just for the cost of the products; any restocking costs, return to sender fees, or other fees paid are removed from the total. If the prices are more significant than the value of the merchandise, no refund will be given.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Orders that are denied or undeliverable at the customer’s address will be charged shipping both ways, as well as any additional fees imposed by the delivery provider. Any refunds for the order will be deducted from these fees.
  • If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, we will most likely contact you through email to confirm your order details. It may cause order processing to be delayed by one business day or as long as it takes you to react to our email queries. We recommend shipping to your confirmed billing address and paying with Amazon Pay or PayPal to prevent these delays.
